Green Galaxy’s Fusion Water Based Mixing System
Hey friends! Brittany here, and today I'm bursting with excitement to share my thoughts on the Green Galaxy Fusion Water-Based Mixing System. This system is truly so much fun, and I can't wait to dive into why the reasons why I love it.
**Why I Love the Green Galaxy Fusion Water-Based Mixing System**
The Variety it Provides
One challenge I face is adding variety to my store and I really believe that custom colors are a great way to do that. Most of the time the colors I could buy just didn’t match my vision. The Green Galaxy Fusion system has solved this problem beautifully. It allows me to mix any color I can imagine with ease.
The ease of getting started.
I recently purchased the Green Galaxy Fusion system along with the Pantone color books. The process is incredibly straightforward. All I need to do is find the color I want in the Pantone book, enter the code into the Green Galaxy Fusion website, and voilà! I get a precise recipe to mix the perfect shade.
I chose to get a Pantone color book to be able to visually see all the colors and compare them to the shirts I’d be printing on. However there is a website linked by the Pantone color book you can use. It’s not 100% accurate like the book and the options are less but it works for if you’re trying to save money.
**Experimenting with Colors**
One of the first colors I tried was Pantone 6151 U, and I decided to print it on both a white shirt and a dark shirt (Bella Canvas 3001 CBC in Heather Deep Teal). The color on the white shirt was vibrant and exactly what I hoped for. While printing on the dark shirt without a white underbase gave a more subdued, almost distressed look, it still turned out, I probably wouldn’t sell the colors on dark shirts until I have a multi color press and can do a white underbase.
**Final Thoughts**
The Green Galaxy Fusion Water-Based Mixing System has opened up a world of possibilities for my screen printing projects. I love being able to create custom colors that perfectly match my designs. I highly recommend giving this system a try. It’s easy to use, versatile, and delivers awesome results.
I’m excited to continue experimenting with different colors and sharing my journey with you. Stay tuned for more tips, tricks, and screen printing adventures!
